Individual Account
You need to provide front and back copies of any one of the following identification documents:
- National ID Card
- Resident Certificate
- Driver's License
- National Health Insurance Card
- Military ID
- Household Registration Transcript
- Passport
- International Driver's License
Business, Company, or Legal Entity Account
You need to provide:
- Any one of the following documents:
- Business Registration Transcript
- Company Registration Change Form
- Unified Business Number Assignment Notice
- Personal identification document of the responsible person (same acceptable document types as for individual accounts)
Note: You may add a watermark stating "For Simple Information, Inc. verification purposes only," but it must not obstruct any important information.
Why Identity Verification is Required
- Our company is a registered Taiwanese company, and for services provided within the country, we are required by government authorities (criminal cases, copyright law, etc.) to provide user information when requested. This measure is to protect us and prevent misuse.
- All services requiring identity verification will be clearly marked with "KYC Required" on the product purchase page.
How to Complete Identity Verification

- We recommend completing the identity verification process before placing an order to avoid delays in service activation.
- For company accounts, please contact our staff for assistance with uploading registration documents.
Verification Steps
- After logging into your account, you can access the identity verification form by clicking on "Identity Verification" in the menu at the top right corner of the official website.
- Once you have prepared the required documents, click verify and upload your document files.
- Our company will complete the review within 3 business days and notify you of the results.
